Ndrea Prendi, former guard commander during the protest with four killed on January 21, 2011, presented himself today at the premises of the Special Prosecution Office.

The investigation for January 21 was already taken over by SPAK, and only a day ago the uncle and wife of Alex Nika, one of the protesters killed, were questioned.

Earlier in the media there have been rumours that Prendi might turn into a repentant of justice, however it is worth noting that he has repeatedly denied giving orders to kill protesters, saying they were shot by a ricocheted prumba.
