New details from the clash between the partners of the company Finman SH.PK immediately after the meeting of the Assembly of the Company, which owns the shares of several important companies such as "AlbStar SHPK" or " Manastiri Resort ".

It was the main partner of the company, Idajet Ismailaj and his son Florid Ismailaj , along with their bodyguards, who physically assaulted and threatened the life of the son of the other partner of the company, Sokol Agalliu .

This clash came after Sokol Agalliu himself accused Ismailaj and his son of stealing 500 million new lek from the company's coffers, and further claims to have discovered it.

Sokol Agalliu is currently in the emergency room of a private hospital in Tirana, and is reported to be in serious condition.

Repeated collision

About a week ago, Sokol Agalliu appeared at the offices of the company "Finman shpk".

There was a verbal conflict between Agalliu and the company's employees, which later ended with Agalliu himself beating a company lawyer.

A police report was filed regarding the case, and after the police collected evidence at the scene, they arrested Sokol Agalliu, who after 72 hours was released with a more lenient sentence by the Tirana Criminal Court.

But it wouldn't end there, as the incident was repeated again on Monday of this week, where Agalliu showed up at the company again with the claim to participate in the board meeting, but was not allowed due to the conflicts they had had earlier.

"The Little Dot" by Mirela Kumbaro

In fact, Agalliu and Ismailaj are the partners of "Manastiri Resort", which takes us back to a term used by Minister Mirela Kumbaro.

Which initially used this expression to justify the separation of a part of the coastline from the Butrint National Park (Manastir Bay) for the construction of a tourist resort, which is actually the "Manastir Resort", of the two partners.

Mirela Kumbaro's "tiny dot" later turned out not to be as small as claimed, but was considered by many experts and opposition voices as an environmental disaster.
