Did the police neglect the investigations into Xhuana Nikollaj's suicide?

Two and a half months after the serious incident, where 25-year-old Xhuana Nikollaj committed suicide in an apartment in Tirana, new information is coming to light about the incident shrouded in mystery.

A2 learns from confidential sources that the AMP (Police Supervision Agency) has been investigating Police Station No. 2 in Tirana for two weeks regarding the investigative actions they have carried out to fully uncover the incident, with the first suspicions being that Police Station No. 2 has neglected to uncover it.

In addition to Xhuana's ex-husband, Eraldo Fizi, who is wanted for the criminal offense of causing suicide, there are suspicions that there are other people who know more or had a role in what happened.

Xhuana's relatives say that her phone has not yet been opened and fully examined, while the phone of her friend, with whom she shared a room, has not been seized.

The friend only gave a statement at the hospital and was not questioned again by the police or the prosecution.

According to information from Xhuana's relatives, her friend constantly insisted that she meet Eraldo. She called Xhuana whenever the latter was at her sisters', asking her to meet with her. The sisters were aware that Eraldo constantly wanted to meet Xhuana.

After the serious incident, the police searched the apartment, but stated that they did not find the fostoxin. Two days later, when the family went to pick up Xhuana's clothes, they found the fostoxin near her belongings and notified the police, who returned to the apartment.

The question that needs an answer is, how was the phostoxin not seen during the first check? Was it there and the police did not find it? Precisely for these suspicions that the police should have clarified, AMP has launched an investigation against the officers of police station no. 2 who were involved in clarifying the incident and identifying all the people involved.

The autopsy showed that Xhuana had signs of violence on her body, visible in the photos available to the family. According to information, on the night of the incident, Eraldo Fizi, after picking up Xhuana, took her to Shëngjin, where he allegedly raped her in the car, with the knowledge of her friend. They then returned to Tirana.

In fact, Eraldo Fizi's car, on the night of the crime, at around 03:00, was fined for speeding by the police near the former "Eagle" square. After that, he took Xhuana to the apartment where she was living in a rental with her friend and the next day committed the extreme act of self-sacrifice. Eraldo Fizi is still on the run and several police attempts to arrest him have failed.
