The Albanian national team will play a luxury friendly on November 16 against Italy at Air Albania Stadium. This friendly against the reigning European Champions is the first in the history of Albanian football to be played in Tirana and the second in the entire balance with the Italian neighbors, after the friendly played on November 18, 2014 in Genoa where Italy won 1-0 with Okaka's goal.

The month of November allows the technical staff to develop friendlies according to the FIFA calendar, until the start of the "Qatar 2022" World Cup. The Albanian Football Federation is working to formalize another friendly for November 19.

The Reds, meanwhile, will also play a friendly match with Saudi Arabia on October 26, 2022. The agreement reached with the Saudi Arabian Football Federation stipulates that this match will take place in the city of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
