Yamal sparks controversy before El Clasico: Real Madrid? They steal and always
Yamal

Real Madrid-Barcelona, on Sunday at 4:15 PM, is the match that all of Spain is waiting for, the most anticipated, with the greatest rivalry, the most spectacular and, as often happens, decisive for the top of the La Liga standings.

Therefore, there would be no need to add more "fuel" to the fire, but Lamine Yamal has decided to do it again.

The 18-year-old Blaugrana star needed just a few words, said in a joking tone, to cause a real media earthquake:

"Real Madrid? They steal and always complain" - declared the Spaniard, as the Kings League "wildcard", invited to the Chup Chup podcast of streamer Ibai Llanos.

A few words that immediately went viral: the video quickly circulated around the world and completely ignited the atmosphere around "El Clasico", just three days before the superchallenge - also because Yamal then teases him again: " Is it difficult to score against Real? The last time we played in the championship at the Bernabeu it ended 4-0, remember?" - the Spaniard said again.

Reaction in Spain

The reaction in Spain was immediate and often harsh: “He doesn’t understand what he represents and what he can say, he’s only 18 years old,” declared Edu Aguirre at El Chiringuito, which is close to Real.  “No player can say that a club steals matches.”

There have also been condemnations from many fans on social media and some former players, while some influencers have suggested that the video be shown to Madrid's players at Valdebebas, to "put him back in his place."

Three days before "El Clasico", the atmosphere is already fiery.
