Jashari soap opera ends, Milan reaches agreement with Club Brugge

For more than 30 days, Milan have been in negotiations with Club Brugge for Ardon Jashari and the solution has finally come, with the player getting the green light to join the 7-time Champions League winners.

The last meeting between the parties was productive, with the Belgian club's leaders deciding to release the midfielder to transfer to San Siro, while the latter had also returned to training sessions.

An agreement has been reached between the two teams for a total value of 38 million euros that will go to Club Brugge's coffers.

Jashari will sign a 5-year contract with the Devils, while the transfer is expected to be made official in the coming hours. It took a long time to appease Club Brugge's leaders and lead to an agreement between them.

It was the sports director Igli Tare himself who expressed his desire to bring Jashari closer and received confirmation from the leaders.

The Rossoneri's scheme is expected to undergo some changes with the approach of Jashari, as Milan may also apply a 3-4-3, where the Albanian will be placed alongside Luka Modric and Loftus Cheek, although things are still unclear until everything is official.
