"My job is to score goals and I think I can repeat Lille's 25 goals in Italy, I am ambitious like Juventus and I came here to become one of the best strikers in the world." These are the words of Jonathan David, who arrived at the Bianconeri as a free agent after 77 goals in the last three seasons in France.

"The first week has gone well - emphasizes the Canadian under the watchful eyes of managers Comolli, Chiellini and Modesto - and my teammates have helped me a lot.

"The conversation with Tudor was very positive, I'm young and he explained clearly what he expects from me as the first striker. I don't expect to always be the starter, but I will give my best. Juventus and the title

David had many demands, in Italy and in the Premier League, but in the end he insisted on the Bianconeri.
