The end of the career seems far away! 5 goals and two assists, Ronaldo is chosen
Cristiano Ronaldo

The move to Saudi Arabia was seen as an 'escape' from competitive football, but Cristiano Ronaldo still has the ego to shine on the pitch.

The Portuguese remains the main pillar of Al Nassr, which aims to achieve great success with the 38-year-old on board. The season has not started in the right way for the team from Riyadh, which has collected only half of the points after four weeks of the championship.

However, the same cannot be said for Cristiano Ronaldo, the star who is driving the Arabs crazy.

The 5-time winner of the Ballon d'Or has been chosen as the best player of the month of August in the Saudi Arabian Super League, a prestigious award for a footballer who many skeptics consider to be at the end of his career.

The Portuguese has scored 5 of Al Nassr's 10 goals so far and has even assisted twice to confirm the potential he possesses. Everything achieved in just two challenges, against Al Fateh he scored three goals to be rated 10th by the experts, while in the duel with Al Shabab he completed a personal double.

Ronaldo also leads the league's top scorers, a fact that boosts Al Nassr's hopes of aiming for the league title at the end of the season.

Naturally, the competition will be high in the Arab Super League, which in this summer market alone has spent around 1.2 billion euros to buy and pay the salaries of world football stars.
