A serious incident occurred today during the match between Mladost and Radnički in the Serbian football championship. Mladen Zizovic, Radnički's coach, collapsed on the field of play and passed away.

The incident occurred in the 20th minute of the match, when 44-year-old Zizovic collapsed in front of his bench. He was given medical attention and taken to hospital by ambulance. The referee then restarted the match, only to stop it before the end of the first half when the tragic news was announced that he had not made it.

Mladen Zizovic is also a well-known name in Albanian football, as the Bosnian, during his career as a footballer, was part of Tirana in the 2010-2011 season, playing 17 matches and scoring one goal for the white and blue team.

Even during his years as a coach, he was mentioned several times as a candidate to sit on the white and blue bench, more precisely in the summer of 2024, after leaving the leadership of the Skopje team.
