Incredible is what happened just before the end of the race in Azerbaijan, when Esteban Ocon entered the last lap for a pit stop.

The Frenchman and his team had decided to follow a bold strategy. The 26-year-old could cause tragedy on the track, as he headed for the pits. The Frenchman was forced to pit for the mandatory tire change.

He chose to do it on the very last lap of the race, as Albon had done last year in Melbourne.

However, he faced a completely unusual situation.

By the time Ocon came in to change the tires, the organizers had already started preparing the waiting area for the cars! At the same time, many photographers had entered the track to capture the final moment, when suddenly they saw an F1 car coming towards them at over 150 km/h! Fortunately Ocon showed reflexes and braked in time as the photographers sped away from the track.

As can be seen, the race could have ended tragically.
