SPAK has closed the investigations and sent 16 people for trial, suspected of being part of an international criminal organization trafficking cocaine from South America to European countries.  

At the center of the investigation are Ervis Çela and Franc Gergely, also known as Franc Çopja. As part of the investigation, assets and money worth around 9.18 million euros have been seized.

Franc Çopja had 100% of the shares of the company "Check Company" and 25 vehicles owned by it seized.

The vehicles owned by the company were valued at around 70 million lekë, which provides taxi transportation services, including trips to Kosovo and Montenegro.

Fadil Balla's "Ajman Park" resort in Xhafzotaj, Durrës, was seized, where according to the expert report, around 463 million lek were invested, and a two-story villa in the "Ionian Olea" complex in Dhërmi, with a market value of 1 million euros.

A 5,900 square meter field was seized from Riza Çela. According to the expert report, Albin and Riza Çela invested over 50 million lek in purchasing the land, while the construction of four buildings on it cost over 1.2 million euros.

All the quotas of the agrotourism "Solis Farm" in Mumajes, Baldushku, two properties and the restaurant building with equipment and furnishings were placed under seizure.

SPAK announced that 130 thousand euros in cash, other vehicles and valuables were also seized.

Riza Cela
