Prime Minister Edi Rama will address a message to Albanian citizens tomorrow, immediately after the end of his official visit to the UN General Assembly in New York.

The message will be held from the press room of "Mother Teresa" Airport.

Given that today's departure from New York's JFK airport is still unconfirmed as a result of bad weather, the exact time of the conference will be announced tomorrow morning.
