The Socialist Party has filed a request in the Parliament to take disciplinary measures against the chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, and the Democratic MP, Klevis Balliu.
According to the majority's request, the measure of exclusion from Parliament's activities for 60 days is being sought against two MPs.
The initiative comes after clashes and debates held in the Assembly during the session for the approval of the Territorial Reform, which was accompanied by tensions between majority and opposition MPs.
At several points, Democratic MPs have thrown eggs and water at Prime Minister Edi Rama and MP Belinda Balluku.
The Socialist Party's request for the expulsion of Democratic MPs is expected to be reviewed by the Ethics Secretariat.
