The Speaker of the Parliament, Elisa Spiropali, is participating today in the "Ukraine-Southeastern Europe" Summit.

In her speech, Spiropali conveyed a message of solidarity and support for the state of Ukraine. Spiropali also emphasized that Albania stands unconditionally by Ukraine's side, in defense of its freedom, sovereignty and European aspirations.

She emphasized that this is not just a statement, but a long-term promise of concrete support:

"Albania stands by Ukraine, today, tomorrow and for as long as necessary. Your fight is our fight, your hope is our hope, your future is our common future."

In conclusion, the Speaker of the Parliament expressed her wish and hope that peace, justice and freedom will return to Ukraine as soon as possible, reconfirming Albania's position as an active and responsible country in support of European values and international order.
