Argita Malltezi described the Special Prosecutor's Office as the mouthpiece of Prime Minister Edi Rama's lies.

When three years passed, it was clear that the file started to be used politically, that nothing new was happening anymore. For this reason, we filed a criminal complaint against Taulant Balla for false reporting. He knew they were false, the main issue is the origin of the property, he appeared before the media that the property was expropriated by the Italians in 1940, it is a lie, SPAK became the mouthpiece of Edi Rama's attacks. Was SPAK able to verify this? Absolutely!

That letter from the state archive that is mentioned in the file mentions one of the heirs of the expropriated families, their land is far away, the family members have official documents showing that they are the owners of '43, '46 were expropriated by the communists. When the document is from 1946 showing that they are owners, it means that they were not expropriated in 1940. They started on the basis of this, SPAK is not justice, but a political whip attack. We have not received Taulant Balla's file, we have received nothing but the decision, it has been officially requested, it is not denied, but we have passed the appeal deadline. We have made the appeal not to lose the procedures, regarding what you asked me, we have no problems with the investigation, Jamarbër has filed a civil lawsuit against the media and made pronouncements on Facebook, it is a matter of political attack", said Malltezi .
