Argita Malltezi says that she has not yet received the SPAK file on the charges against Sali Berisha and Jamarbër Malltezi regarding the privatization of the former Partizani complex.
While calling SPAK "Edi Rama's political whip", Malltezi said in the studio of "Top Story" on Top Channel that they still haven't managed to get the file.
She said that they made the request officially to SPAK, but they replied that the file "is not ready yet".
"We asked for the file, we didn't get it, we asked for it officially, they didn't give it to us, while the Appeal is being made. SPAK is the political whip of Edi Rama. The law is clear as to what it is, but this is a matter of a political attack", said Malltezi.
