Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánche is in Tirana, where he is holding a joint conference with Prime Minister Edi Rama.

He started the speech with some praise for Prime Minister Rama, as he said that Albanians are lucky to have him.

" First of all, I wanted to thank the Albanian government for the hospitality they reserved for us during this visit. With Mr. Rama, who is one of the most excellent politicians, for all his European commitments, and the platform with which he acts and makes politics. Albanians are lucky to have Mr. Rama.

The war in Ukraine has given us many problems and concerns, but the European Union will remain on the same values. We must give a clear message about the importance of the integration of the Western Balkans, " he said, among other things.
