The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, reacted to the attitude of the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, regarding the reciprocity of license plates with Kosovo.
Berisha says that in today's conference held by Vucic, he threatened the West for Kosovo.
"Serbomadhe Vučič, the president, today called an extraordinary press conference in which he openly threatened the West, stating that he "doesn't believe you want conflict in Kosovo", writes Berisha.
The head of the DP writes that Vucic is a threat to peace and stability in the region, and that he represents a small Putin in the Balkans.

Dear friends, Serbo-Madhi Vucic vowed at the beginning of July for a deadly 'reaction' to the decision of the Government of Kosovo to establish reciprocity, equality between the two countries in the use of identity cards and vehicle plates, making their use mandatory by the citizens of Kosovo of the license plate of the Republic of Kosovo throughout its territory, regardless of their ethnic origin.
I add here that this decision of the Kosovo government, which will come into effect in September 2022, is based on an agreement signed in Brussels years ago by the governments of the two countries.
After threatening a deadly reaction to Kosovo a month ago, the president of Serbo-Madhya Vučič, today called an extraordinary press conference in which he openly threatened the West, stating that "I don't believe you want conflict in Kosovo". That is, according to him, the implementation of the agreement by the government of Kosovo will be used by him as 'Casus Beli', and this clearly proves that Aleksandër Vucic is a real threat to peace and stability in the region, and that he represents a small Putin in Balkans.
This reaction with a deadly threat proves that blind Serbian nationalism is today the same as in the time of Milosevic, a very dangerous powder keg for the Balkans.
Condemning with the greatest severity the attitude of the President of Serbia, Aleksander Vučić, towards the agreements and his threat of deadly reaction to the legitimate decision of the government of the Republic of Kosovo, I warn the president of Serbia to stop the threats and not to dare any adventurous act that the fate of the butcher of the Balkans, his spiritual father Slobodan Milosevic waits for him.
