The Minister of State under the Prime Minister and the new chief negotiator, Majlinda Dhuka, has appeared for the first time in a statement to the media after assuming the new position.

Alongside Prime Minister Rama, Dhuka started his speech by thanking the Government, as he asked the negotiating group with the EU for maximum cooperation.

"Thank you for your trust and the Albanian government. It is with great responsibility that I begin my task today.
Dear colleagues, I am looking for cooperation, speed, progress, results. I have worked with most of you before, the
moment is historic, the trust that has been given to us is special, I would beg you for maximum cooperation" , she said.
