Prime Minister Edi Rama held a meeting with citizens in Dibër as part of the 35th anniversary of the Socialist Party, where he appreciated the support that this area has given over the years to the political force he leads.

"We return today here in Dibër to this sports palace, after we had 2 unforgettable meetings, one before the elections and the other after. I remember the one before the elections, because you probably haven't forgotten, it was a very popular meeting and talked about in all the media reports about the work of the Çyryks."

I also did not expect that all the Çyryks would jump up and say: 'We are men'. The wise men went after the women and Dibra pulled out of the ballot boxes the biggest victory ever. It was a moment of the wisdom of this area coming to the fore, to which for a number of reasons I feel very connected and I am glad that this connection is materializing even with the speed of arrival.
