Prime Minister Edi Rama, in his appearance to the media, focused on the problematic situation of the destruction of the Librazhd-Prrenjas road.
But if it was expected that there would be talk about measures and solutions to the problem, Rama said that a mess has been made and accusations have been made that ' corruption has moved the earth' .
Rama also touched on the issue of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, about whom he said accusations have been made that many believe to be true.
The Prime Minister reacted to the VoxNews news, reiterating that a minister washed his car with 10 thousand euros and was given swallow's milk.
"Those who are against us believe these words, that a minister washes a car for 10 thousand euros, that after foam is poured on it, swallow's milk is also poured on it, and that swallows are killed with a rifle by another minister who sells pillows with their feathers," Rama told VoxNews.
But the truth of VoxNews' investigation titled: " Deputy Prime Minister of Albania makes a tender to have her car washed once every 2 days !" is based on documents.
According to documents available to VoxNews , the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy headed by Balluku has opened a tender to wash the state car he drives, an Audi A8 .

The above document is the tender notice announced by the Ministry of Infrastructure.
The object is " car wash service, upholstery ", while the fund is under 10 thousand euros. The procedure was carried out on March 28, 2025.
According to documents available to VoxNews , 10 vehicles are required to be washed. It goes without saying that all of the vehicles listed belong to the owners. The first is the AUDI A8, which Balluku drives.

The photo above is of the Audi A8 vehicle, in the premises of the Albanian Parliament, where Minister Belinda Balluku is seen.

This vehicle belongs to the ministry, and will now be washed once every 2 working days.
So, as the VoxNews documents prove , it is not " foam and swallow's milk " but money from Albanian taxes.
