Kamza's Kipja is trying to do propaganda alla Rama and Veliaj, by setting up a large structure for the media. Although that municipality employs several people who deal precisely with announcements, photos, videos or their editing, as well as for social networks, that institution still makes tenders for luxury equipment.
A trend that all institutions have followed, creating a wide propaganda network, even creating false images, or even ready-made chronicles that are routinely broadcast on social networks or even on television. It is money wasted just for image, when in fact this money should have been for utilitarian services, or educational institutions, roads, or healthcare.
In these times, it seems that the heads of institutions, such as the mayor of Kamza, Rakip Suli, think more about how they will appear in public than about the work they have done. To appear well-groomed in those sloppy walks that everyone does on construction sites, when in fact their task is to design and then build a good public work.

According to documents researched by Vox News, the Municipality of Kamza has opened a small-value procurement procedure with the object of "supply and installation of audio-video equipment". It is requested to purchase 3 PTZ cameras. Also 1 PTZ controller for the camera, an audio mixer with 12 channels.
The municipality has requested professional headphones, 5 microphones for podcasting, 5 microphone arms. Broadcast cards, 3 professional video tripods with movable heads have been requested. The company has also requested professional LED lights for video and photos. 4 LED lights, 6 square softboxes for studio lighting are also required.
It seems that Kipja is trying to start a podcast, one of those brainwashings that are always done, starting from the executive and ending with the mayors. An unprofessional initiative, when in fact the confrontation of these mayors should be with the residents, face to face and not hidden behind a camera and a microphone. Meetings are needed, with questions and answers, discussions about certain projects.
But instead, a municipality holds a tender worth tens of thousands of euros to build a television studio, when in fact the confrontation should take place in an office, on the street or even in halls full of people. Kipja should think about how to do the next project, a ring road for Kamza, a real square or even a green area.
