The government reacts after actress Anila Bisha requested the suspension of "Diella": The lawsuit is meaningless

The government has reacted after the complaint that actress Anila Bisha filed with the Tirana Administrative Court, where she requests the suspension of the Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Diella.

It was the director of the Media and Information Agency, Manjola Hasa, who announced the position of the other party in this process. Hasa stated that the government sees this as a legal right exercised by Bisha, but considers the claim raised by her as unfounded.

She emphasized that Albania is a free and democratic country, where citizens have the right to pursue legal remedies against the government, while the final assessment belongs to the court.

"Albania is a free and democratic country, where citizens have the right to think and act through legal mechanisms against the government. In our view, the claim has no basis, but it is up to the court to decide who is right," Hasa told Politiko.al.

The case began after renowned actress Anila Bisha sued the Council of Ministers and the National Agency for the Information Society, demanding the immediate suspension of Minister Diella. According to the lawsuit, Bisha officially represents Diella's voice and image, based on a 1-year collaboration contract signed a year ago.
