The President of the European Council, António Costa, hosted Prime Minister Edi Rama for a working dinner in Brussels yesterday evening.
They discussed the next steps to be taken regarding the negotiation process for Albania's membership in the European Union.
In a reaction to Top News, António Costa's staff stated regarding the meeting that " they discussed the steps that will be taken next regarding the negotiation process for Albania's membership in the European Union."
"President Costa held a good meeting with Prime Minister Edi Rama on Albania's next steps on its path towards EU membership.
"Albania is at a critical moment. Considerable efforts have been made over the years. Now they must continue and be consolidated ," António Costa's staff said in a response to Top News.
