Socialist Party MP, Aulona Bylykbashi, described the violence during the opposition protest as well-thought-out and with a planned scenario.

Bylykbashi said that protests are a legitimate right, but they should not escalate to such levels of violence. She stressed that the situation was difficult for law enforcement, who were faced with violent acts.

"The protest was a difficult situation, created for the law enforcement officers who are there on duty and are forced to face violent acts. The statements made today by the opposition leader follow the same approach, portraying violence as part of the protest."

Protest is a legitimate right, but it should not escalate to such levels of violence. This was well-planned violence and the acts committed appear to have been part of a well-thought-out scenario. The footage shows a group of masked people among the protesters, who were hitting institutions and law enforcement with Molotov cocktails, endangering the safety of citizens and officers. I think the response of the forces was proportionate," she said in a show.

The MP also commented on the video circulating in the media regarding the violence against DP MP, Bledion Nallbani, saying that the video has been taken out of context and is incomplete. MP Bylykbashi accused the opposition leader of using rhetoric to create political instability.

"In the case of MP Nallbani, the video that has circulated has been taken out of context, is incomplete and does not give the full picture of his reaction to the police. Even if there are allegations of excessive force by the officers, they can be addressed to the relevant institutions. It was the rhetoric of the opposition leader that aimed to create instability, while in such cases there are institutions where complaints should be addressed and not to create unfounded political propaganda to incite more aggressive effects on citizens," she said.
