Sali Berisha:  It is the most serious process, I express my gratitude and great thanks to the commissioners, observers, and counters who worked hard during the night.

Secondly, I call on all DP structures to do everything possible to make sure that every vote counts, without exception, with the greatest dedication, because every vote against the regime deserves the greatest respect and appreciation.

Today, my main purpose in presenting this before you is to call on the democrats, the opposition, to show the greatest commitment to counting, evaluating every vote, and not to be influenced by anything.

This is the most important task for Democrats.

The DP has told Albanians and the world what the electoral process is in Albania. Once the final vote count is completed, the DP will make its assessment.
