Republican activist Evi Kokalari blames Sali Berisha for the way the race for the head of the PD youth forum was conducted. In the studio of "The Unexposed", Kokalari said that he will meet with Berisha during his stay in Tirana.

"I am disappointed with the fact that Berisha did not take measures to prevent and could not stop it. I will meet Berisha. I came for personal matters. It doesn't matter whether you are with Berisha or not. When you have a business and it goes wrong, the owner is to blame. I got irritated during the youth forum competition with people I knew what they were doing".

She stated that Berisha has not kept the essential promise, which is the protection of the vote. Kokalari said that for this reason Berisha is losing the electorate and is left only with militants.

"He did not defend the vote. If you do not protect the vote, there is no primary. If you don't have control over the people who have control over vote protection, there is no primary. Berisha is losing and only the militants remain. There are militants left who can be easily bought by Edi Rama. Only he can make this decision and do it. He has let a lot of people off the hook, which he shouldn't have done."

Kokalari said that he considers his mission accomplished with the departure of Lulzim Basha. 

"I'm coming back, I didn't run away. That was my mission. Lul Basha left, Sali Berisha came. What I saw after the arrival of the Reestablishment Commission is another matter. I have said no to membership in the National Council. But I have a life in America.

When I came, they identified me with Sali Berisha. I never ran away. It was known that I would neither stay nor become part of the presidency. On the way, I realized that things were being done, which Berisha knew about, and which irritated me", said Kokalari.
