Parliament meets today in plenary session to discuss and approve the items on the agenda.

In today's session, two interpellations requested by the opposition are planned, with the Minister of Education Ogerta Manastirliu and the Minister of Agriculture, Anila Denaj .

Among other things, there will be reports of the institutions on the annual work.

Agenda items:

- Project declaration "For the strengthening of cooperation with the Republic of Greece and the abolition of martial law".

- interpellance with the Minister of Education and Sports, Mrs. Ogerta Manastirliu, requested by MP Erisa Xhixho.

- meeting with the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Mrs. Anila Denaj, requested by MP Agron Shehaj.

- The report of the annual activity of the Ombudsman for the year 2023

-The annual activity report of the Bank of Albania for the year 2023.

-The report of the annual activity of the High Inspectorate of Declaration and Control of Assets and Conflict of Interests for the year 2023.

- The report of the annual activity of the Competition Authority for the year 2023

- The annual activity report of the Institute of Statistics (INSTA T) for the year 2023.

-The report of the annual activity of the Authority for Information on the Documents of the former State Insurance for the year 2023.

- Draft law "For the ratification of the financing agreement between the Republic of Albania, represented by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania, the Republic of North Macedonia, represented by the Secretariat for European Affairs, and the European Commission for the IPA program of cross-border cooperation North Macedonia- Albania 2021-2027".

- Draft law "For the ratification of the financing agreement between the Republic of Albania, represented by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania, the Republic of France and

European Commission for cooperation program (Interreg VI-C) URBACT IV 202 I2027″.

- Draft Law "For the ratification of the financing agreement between the Republic of Albania, represented by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania, the Republic of Italy, represented by the Region of Emilia Romagna, and the European Commission for the Interreg (lnterreg VI-B) IPA program Adriatic-Ionian".

- Draft law "For the accession of the Republic of Albania to the agreement for the establishment of the International Organization of Viticulture and Wine (OIV)".

- Draft law "For the ratification of the financing agreement between the Republic of Albania, represented by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania, the Hellenic Republic and the European Commission for the cross-border cooperation program (Interreg VI-A) IPA Greece-Albania 2021-2027".

- Draft decision "For the election of members of the High Judicial Council from the ranks of lawyers according to law no. 115/2016 "For governing bodies of the justice system" (third round).

- Draft decision "For the election of the members of the High Council of Prosecution from the ranks of lawyers according to Law no. I 15/2016 "For the governing bodies of the justice system"' (third round).

- Draft decision on the establishment of the Public Sector Audit Subcommittee.

- Approval of the draft resolution for the evaluation of the activity of the General Prosecutor for the year 2023.

- Approval of the draft resolution for the evaluation of the activity of the Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) for the year 2023.

- Approval of the draft resolution for the evaluation of the activity of the High Inspector of Justice (ILD) for the year 2023.

- Approval of the draft resolution for the evaluation of the activity of the High Judicial Council for the year 2023.

-Approval of the draft resolution for the evaluation of the activity of the High Council of Prosecution for the year 2023.
