Besnik Brahimi and Shkurt Lasku are the two new members of the Albanian Parliament, who come from the ranks of the Social Democratic Party.

Brahimi and Lasku enter the Assembly as the most voted candidates from the PSD lists in Shkodra after the resignation of Tom Doshi and Sabina Jorgo.
