Ilir Beqaj appears in SPAK under accusation of misuse of duty for the sterilization concession (VIDEO)

Former Minister of Health Ilir Beqaj arrived this Monday at SPAK to familiarize himself with the security measure.

He was accompanied by his lawyer Ermal Yzeiri and did not speak to journalists.

The session is expected to start at 12:00.

At the request of SPAK, the court decided last week that Beqaj was required to appear, while he is also prohibited from leaving the country. The former minister is under investigation for the sterilization concession and the Special Prosecutor's Office accuses him of abuse of office.
