The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has stated that the release of Durim Buraku, a person arrested for murder, is a consequence of the pseudo-justice reform.

In a Facebook post, Berisha writes that criminals in Albania pay not to have their files reviewed, so that their detention terms expire and they are released, as happened in the case of Durak.

The killers celebrate the criminal consequences of pseudo-justice reform. They are released because there is no one to investigate them! Burim Duraku, perpetrator of murder and several violent robberies, is released from detention for exceeding the legal deadline. Dear friends, these days Burim Duraku was released from prison, arrested in 2019 with great fanfare on charges of intentional murder of a person and several robberies with violence. The source is simply the next killer who is released after the detention period expires, for exceeding this deadline without completing the investigation.

This happens because criminals pay not to "touch" their file or because overworked prosecutors, it is impossible to review the files within the maximum legal deadline to be investigated, this should be investigated.

But this has become a recurring phenomenon. The truth is that with the pseudo-reform of the judiciary and the removal of dozens and dozens of prosecutors, with just motives or as witch hunts, today the burden for a prosecutor reaches 300 files a year de facto, beyond any real possibility of their investigation. Thus, thanks to the Sorosian pseudo-reform of justice in Albania, the murderers, the criminals, are released one after the other even without going to court, simply for the impossibility of investigation.
