SPAK is demanding a sentence of 1 year and 6 months in prison for Majlinda Bufi , mayor of Rroskovec, on the charge of "using public office for political or electoral activity".
Due to the summary trial, the requested sentence is reduced to 1 year.
Bufi does not risk going to prison because in the end SPAK requested the suspension of the sentence and her being placed on probation for 2 years.
