"Ecole 42", the prestigious French coding school, present in 31 countries, will now also be in Albania, as a structure dedicated to the world of technology.

Prime Minister Edi Rama and French President Emmanuel Macron, who is paying an official visit to Tirana, attended this evening the opening ceremony of this school near the Pyramid.

Rama and Macron spoke with the young people who have become part of this school.

Meanwhile, Albania and France signed today in Tirana a declaration of cooperation on the Innovation Action Plan.

The declaration was signed by the Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, Blendi Gonxhja, and the French Minister of Innovation, Clara Chappaz, in the presence of Prime Minister Edi Rama and French President Emmanuel Macron.

This Plan marks a major step forward for Albania, which aims to become a European hub for green Artificial Intelligence and sustainable innovation.

Authorities emphasize that the partnership with France is key to attracting more investments, increasing academic cooperation, and strengthening the Albanian creative economy.
