The head of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, Bledi Çuçi, clarified in today's session the position of the majority regarding the opposition's request for a motion with debate.
According to Çuç, these issues have already been exhausted by the courts and parliamentary debates, including the investigative commissions.
"At the Conference of Presidents, we did not even accept the agenda because this is an issue exhausted by the justice bodies and in this parliament. If you read the request made by the DP group, it is clear that all the references are connected starting from the group of Habilaj, which has been judged by the Italian and Albanian courts and final decisions have been made, to continue with Xibraka, which has been investigated and judged with a final decision. For us, there is no such case for motion with debate", declared Çuçi, bringing to attention the Investigative Commission set up in the parliament in 2018.
