The Democratic Party has filed a criminal complaint with SPAK, Speaker of Parliament Lindita Nikolla.

In the letter it is stated that Nikola has misused the office of the Speaker of the Parliament.

The report in question is made after the revocation of Basha's decision by Bardhi, which returned the expelled deputies to the PD group.

"It has continuously affected the functioning of the DP parliamentary group by not implementing the decisions for the chairman and the leadership of the group, by dismissing and resolving the working relationship between the group and its advisers, suspending in the period from October to March all administrative activity and parliamentary group, recognizing as group leader the deputies who, by the decision of the party's governing bodies, are not part of it.

The implementation of the requests or announcements of certain MPs, who are not part of the DP and its parliamentary group, distorting the political will of the DP, constitute deliberate behavior", the report reads.
