The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, calls on the Special Prosecution Office to arrest Prime Minister Edi Rama, as soon as the latter returns to Albanian soil from America, where he has been for days.
His statement comes after today's operation by SPAK and the National Bureau of Investigation, where the head of the State Intelligence Service, Vlora Hyseni, and the former chief of police of Albania, Ilir Proda, were indicted.
"SPAK to meet Edi Rama at the airport. The officials directly appointed by Rama all turned out to be caught in the crime. They fell one after the other like a domino effect.
Today another institution of the Albanian state collapsed. The head of the State Intelligence Service works for the criminal underworld. She was placed at the head of the SHISH by order of the prime minister, who had hired her as a National Security Advisor.
"The state has fallen and does not guarantee national security. Edi Rama is the boss of Vlora, Agas, Proda and everyone who is in prison or on the run. He bears state and political responsibility for his appointments," writes the General Secretary of the DP, Flamur Noka.
According to him, SPAK must "cut off the head of the criminal organization Rilindja and free the country from the co-governance of organized crime with the prime minister!"
