Now that over 95% of the ballot boxes have been counted, but around 45,000 votes from the diaspora remain, the ranking of the most voted candidates from the preferred list also changes.
The list is headed by Minister Blendi Gonxhja in Tirana, who already has over 21,800 votes.
In second place is former Deputy Prime Minister Erion Braçe with 20261.
The podium of the top three is completed by Jorida Tabaku with 18,850 of the preferences of the Tirana Democrats, followed by Minister Ervin Hoxha with 18,764.
The 5th most voted candidate is Arkend Balla from the Socialist list in Durrës, who is just behind Sara Milan in Elbasan with 18,626 votes.
Ceno Klosi is the next most voted for socialist with 16,638 votes, followed by Ilir Alimehmeti who, although he has 16,426 ballots supporting him, cannot enter parliament, as the DP secured only 1 seat from the open list in Tirana, which is now almost armored by Jorida Tabaku.
