Ergys Verdho has been appointed head of the Directorate of Albanian Railways.

So Verdho will replace Gentian Liko in this task. While Erlind Sulo will keep his post at the Albanian Electro-Energy Corporation.

Verdho previously held the position of director of the Albanian Road Authority.

His newest task at the head of the Railway is considered a very important post, while with funding from the European Union, several railway segments are expected to be revitalized in Albania, such as Tirana-Durrës, and the new Tirana-Durrës line will be built. -Shkodër-Gjakova.
