Erdogan calls Rama the day before the elections, here's what they discussed

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama held a telephone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to discuss bilateral relations, regional issues and global developments.

Turkey's Communications Directorate announced that President Erdogan, during the phone conversation, praised its friendship and dialogue with Albania, stating that cooperation between the two countries will continue to strengthen in the coming period.

Stressing that the organization of the European Political Community and the South East European Cooperation Process summits in Albania is a testament to Albania's growing international profile, Erdogan expressed his congratulations on this success, Turkish media report.

The Turkish President also expressed his wishes that the parliamentary elections to be held in Albania tomorrow will be successful.
