Friday's debate / Who won the audience: Sali Berisha in Top Story or Edi Rama in Opinion?

Friday, May 9th, brought yet another unusual television showdown on the two largest national screens in Albania.

While on Top Channel , in the show Top Story, the historic leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha , was invited , along with American strategist Chris LaCivita , on TV Klan, Prime Minister Edi Rama was part of a special show of Opinion, along with some of his ministers.

Faced with two strong and well-received interviews, the question naturally arises: Who won over the audience on Friday night?

Data from online platforms paints an interesting picture:

• On YouTube , on the official channel of Top Channel , Sali Berisha's interview on Top Story has accumulated 61 thousand views , while Edi Rama's on the official channel of TV Klan, only 22 thousand.

• On Facebook , Rama has published two videos, which together have reached 476 thousand clicks. Meanwhile, Berisha has shared three videos, with a total of 458 thousand clicks.

In total, the data from the combination of the two platforms, YouTube and Facebook , shows that Sali Berisha's interview on Top Story was watched more than Edi Rama's interview on Opinion, at least in terms of online audience.

This confrontation between political leaders, not only in ideas and attitudes, but also in media influence, reflects the strong polarization in the Albanian political scene, where even viewership becomes an instrument for measuring public weight and influence.
