Since the start of the Vetting and until now, over 5 thousand citizens have complained to the KPK and KPA Vetting institutions against judges and prosecutors.

However, for one of them, the KPA filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office, claiming that he gave false testimony and falsified documents with the intention of damaging the position of the judge during the Vetting, who is currently a High Judge.

At the end of the investigation, the prosecutor's office of Tirana has filed charges of perjury and falsification of documents against citizen Flamur Kadena, who allegedly submitted false documents with the intention of damaging the career of senior judge Sokol Ngresi.

In the documents available to Top Channel, prosecutor Arben Agovi mentions that while Ngresi was facing Vetting at the KPA, an anonymous denunciation was presented, signaling that the judge had not declared an apartment. during the Vetting hearings in September 2021 the suspect Kadena was called by the KPA as a witness to speak about the order contract on the purchase of the claimed property.

The accused insisted that he had spoken alone with the judge and that he had signed papers, which the KPA asked him to leave on the table with the condition that they be returned immediately. it actually contained the signature of a forger who had attempted to imitate it.

But the witness was betrayed by the firm which, from the expert act, it appears that it was not the judge's.

The other error that the KPA discovered and which was later confirmed in the investigations of the Tirana prosecutor's office is the answer of the tax department, where such a contract should have been submitted but did not exist.

All these acts turned out to be false.

In the file, the prosecutor mentions a series of testimonies, including that of senior judge Sokol Ngresi, confirmed in office for all three criteria. He says that the perpetrators committed this act with the intention of harming him in his duties as a judge and bringing consequences to his career./ TCH
