Democratic MP Gazment Bardhi raises the alarm that an electoral crime scheme has been launched in the Fier district by Bledian Dalipaj, administrator of OSSH, and Belinda Balluku.

In a denunciation on Facebook, Bardhi says that Dalipaj uses a Spanish phone number to give orders to the administration to commit electoral crimes.

Belinda Balluku's electoral gang in the Fier region is lying to itself when it thinks that with corruption money it will subjugate the citizens of Fier. Bledian Dalipaj, one of the most vocal members of the SP electoral gang in the Fier region, may temporarily hide behind the Spanish number to give orders for electoral crimes, against subordinates and administration employees, but I guarantee that for the Democratic Party he is Mr. 944, and the road is paved to where every bandit is.

I take this opportunity to appeal once again to the Special Prosecution Office not to leave the strategy of cracking down on electoral crimes only on paper. These are the days that separate whether the strategy was made as a propaganda tool to wash away the electoral corruption of Edi Rama, Belinda Balluku and their electoral gangs, or is it a real will of the special prosecutors to prevent and crack down on electoral crimes.
