The Speaker of Parliament, Niko Peleshi, has expelled the head of the DP parliamentary group, MP Gazment Bardhi, from the session for continuously interrupting the session and speech, as well as for insulting "you are incompetent".

Another Democratic MP, Klevis Balliu, was also criticized.

Bardhi held his speech, demanding the implementation of the regulation, where deputies would hold the floor to explain the questions they had asked the Commissioner for Protection against Discrimination, Robert Gajda.

But while the latter was speaking, Bardhi insisted, first to Deputy Speaker Spahiu and then to Speaker Peleshi, who arrived later to take charge of the session.

"Mr. Bardhi, based on the rules, I am removing your right to speak for the entire day today. You are excluded from the session, I am taking the fourth measure against you," said Peleshi.

But Bardhi refused to leave the room. "I am not excluded, I am not excluded at all...", he said, among other things.

At this moment, MP Balliu intervened, interrupting the speech and causing a heated debate with Bardhi.

Peleshi announced a measure against him as well: "Mr. Balliu, I am giving you another measure, a warning based on the regulations...".
