The vote counting process in the Kashar administrative unit has been temporarily suspended following a serious incident that occurred at the Counting Center.

One of Ornaldo Rakipi's observers punched the chairman of the Zonal Election Administration Commission (KZAZ).

The incident occurred in the presence of other commissioners and observers, causing tension and an immediate interruption of work.
