Today marks 32 years since the creation of the Student Movement of December 1990 that overthrew communism. In commemoration of this day, the Youth Forum of the Democratic Party has organized the FRPD Assembly.

Also present at this activity is the chairman of the Democratic Party, Berisha, who has stated that Albania can only be saved with a revolution and not with prayers or declarations.

Sali Berisha:  Don't forget that you are inheritors of a movement, which with epic courage, with a courage bordering on legend, faced the most savage Stalinist, most inhuman, barbaric, communist dictatorship in the 90s. which by the time your peers filled the square, the dictatorship was killing those who set out to reach the free world, only to be caught under the barrage of death guards' Kalashnikovs.

However, those young people, led by your peer Azem Hajdari, transformed into a legendary leader, brought the dictatorship and the dictator to their knees.

They imposed on him the establishment of political pluralism in Albania. In an unprecedented battle in the four corners of the country, they overthrew the communist dictatorship in Albania.

This is the legacy that will inspire you and all Albanians in the battle for freedom and dignity.
It is this heritage that rises to the height of noble ideals. So today, the word and the headline of the day is revolution and only revolution.

Albania cannot be saved by prayers, Albania cannot be saved by declarations. Albania is saved by revolution. It is saved by the brave, those who love it, those who succeed, it is saved by those like you, who are ready to face face to face, tooth for tooth, the scum of the old regime, with Edi Rama, this son of an executioner who hates the Albanian being, who hates the freedoms of Albanians, who hates the dignity of Albanians.

During his speech, the leader of the Democrats, Berisha, addressed the young people, saying that "they have all the potential, all the energy, enthusiasm, courage, strength to save this country".

Sali Berisha:  Today we gather in this Assembly, since you, your leaders, members, members of the DP, became the most powerful fiber of the re-establishment of the DP, of its revitalization, you became the vis vitalis of that the revolution, which had two major goals: saving the DP and saving Albania.

You are proud, having completed the first mission with complete success. You come prouder and more determined than ever, stronger, more motivated in the second mission, which is a mission of extraordinary importance for the future of the Albanian nation and Albania.

Will you, with your energy, courage, and dedication, be able to save Albania, which is in a great upheaval, which today faces the consequences of an internal invasion among the wildest in the history of our national existence. Will you be able to save Albania today, which is today, the country, the most targeted society, the most victim of the regional and world Albanian mafia?

I pose this question, but my deep conviction is that you have all the potential, you have all the energy, enthusiasm, courage, strength to save this country, to put it back on the path of the future, on the path of national dignity, on the path of Euro-Atlantic integration.
