PD MP Gazment Bardhi has considered as corrupt the concession project of Rinas airport "Mother Teresa" to the company "Kastrati Group" of the businessman Shefqet Kastrati, where according to him, it was given without competition.

Bardhi made this statement as he accused Sali Berisha of being selective in his denunciations, where he denounces the Port of Durrës and is silent about giving Rinas to Shefqet Kastrati. According to Bardhi, if Berisha does not denounce every case, it makes the citizens untrustworthy.

Bardhi stated that just as public property was abused in the port of Durrës, public property was also abused at the "Mother Teresa" airport.

"The PD of Berisha has two standards, he talks about the port of Durrës and he doesn't talk about the airport. The airport..., have you ever heard Mr. Berisha talk about how the concession of the "Mother Teresa" airport was granted. But I don't I can talk about the port and say that it is a corrupt project and it is without competition. Well, it is, but I cannot be silent and say that I do not see that the same thing is not happening at the airport.

A certain company practically without competition has received a new concession and we must say this to be true to the Albanian citizens if we want them to really trust us. If we think that we can make Albanians fools into thinking that we are fighting Edi Rama's corruption and are selective, we mention one case, we don't mention one case, this makes us unbelievable.
