Balla warned about the election of the People's Advocate, Berisha: Let them take him, greedy Rama!

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of attempting to seize the last institution that, according to him, has operated in agreement with the opposition, the People's Advocate .

In response to Balla's statement, who said that the opposition can no longer hold hostage the election of the Ombudsman, Berisha stated that their proposal is Besim Ndregjoni and that Parliament should put him to a vote.

"They want to take away the only institution they had in a deal with the opposition, they want to take it, let them take it. The greedy Edi Rama will have all the power in his hands, but be sure that he will not force us to vote for candidates who do not deserve it."

We have a new people's advocate from Civil Society, Besim Ndregjoni is the president of the Union of the Politically Persecuted. His candidacy came up for a vote in Parliament.
