The European Union Ambassador to Albania, Silvio Gonzato, was filmed walking among thousands of protesters who have occupied the square in front of the Prime Minister's Office.

The ambassador is seen dressed in sportswear and unaccompanied. It is not known whether his passing on the boulevard at that moment was a coincidence or whether the diplomat wanted to see with his own eyes what was happening with the protest.
