Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama stated during the EU-Western Balkans Summit in Montenegro that the process of membership in the European Union is difficult to predict.

Asked about the prospects for integration, he used a humorous expression to describe the situation.

"Three things you cannot predict: God, sex and the EU," said Rama, referring to the uncertainties surrounding the European Union's enlargement process and its slow pace for the Western Balkan countries.

His statement became part of the discussions at the summit and was widely shared on social media, reflecting the ongoing debates on the future of EU enlargement and relations with countries in the region.
