At the meeting held with the citizens of Vlorë regarding the American investments expected to be made in Zvërnec, which thousands of citizens have been protesting against for 6 days, one of the citizens told Prime Minister Edi Rama that the residents of the area agree to an innovation.

Speaking out, the citizen who claims to have property in Zvërnec agreed to the project that is expected to be developed with the only condition that the citizens' lands are not affected.

"We agree to the project for development while maintaining all relevant parameters. But we demand the rights of the owners' properties," the citizen told Rama.

Resident: I am Enea Balliu, one of the owners of Zvërnec.  

Rama : You claim. It's not your property. I came to listen to you. You've started corrupt justice and all that.. Let me tell you something., believe me, we have an area that we have an owner in the sea. Not here somewhere else. We have plots in the sea. Because plots limited to land, I've seen owners even on rocks. But in the sea, in the blue sea, there are owners. This is where property is made famous. I'm not even telling you that you're not right. You can be very right. You find this justice in justice.

Citizen : Thank you for coming to hear our voice.

Rama: Whoever denied it, go and ask for it. I am not being denied my voice, but my origin. Each one with their own voice here. Here I am.

Citizen : Even Ardit Bido knows very well whose property was stolen.

Rama: He is our MP and he told me. He is not a judge. Let me repeat that this is not a matter of opinion, it is about judicial processes. Everyone has their own right, as long as the judicial processes are on their way.

Citizen: We agree to the development of the project while maintaining all relevant parameters. But we demand the rights of the owners' properties.

Rama : Once again, the property has been sold and there are other owners who have come, met and seen others and I don't know. When they came to us, they submitted all the papers. In terms of the papers, the procedures were followed like for everyone else. The fate is that if you really turn out to be the owner, the money will be transferred to you, the money will be given: order the money because your property has been sold for this much.

Citizen: You said it, but how is it being done? I filed a report with SPAK years ago.

Rama: We have divided the work with SPAK. I am not the first to negotiate. I do not need to negotiate with anyone. I also told Bruna that those who have concerns about this should speak up, ask me questions, but not by shouting or swearing. My life is enriched by those who are patient.
